Before...  This older lakeside residence presented numerous renovation challenges - large energy inefficient windows, serious water damage to unfinished siding, decks and framing, minimal insulation, older low-tech, poorly insulated foundation structure, etc.

After - Exterior...  Renovation upgrades included new energy-efficient windows, siding, insulation, ICF foundation, sunroom addition, plus several landscaping and architectural features which give the home a more clean, contemporary appearance.

After - Interior...  Interior remodeling included pine paneling throughout the main living space and the new addition. Also, always a favorite part of the renovation was the new kitchen remodeling.

In Progress...  These in-progress photos show how upgrades are being incorporated into the renovation including insulating concrete form foundation walls for the addition,
