This Browher built home was the subject of the cover feature
in the January / February '09 New Hampshire HOME NH Home Cover Image magazine. The article, entitled Design for a Good Cause, profiled the work of more than a dozen interior design firms who decorated the home as the 2008 Designer Show House to benefit the NH Humane Society. The spacious, 16-room hilltop estate with 320-degree panoramic lake and mountain views was chosen as the 2008 Designer Show House for its intrinsic “wow” factor.

  Energy Efficient Construction Techniques Used...

This home, as with most new Browher-built
projects, incorporated a number of innovative, energy efficient, construction techniques.
For example, a new ultra efficient insulated
concrete foundation system was used for  foundations and exterior walls. The system
shown here, incorporates 6" of concrete and
2-1/2" heavy duty styrofoam inside and out.
