About Us...

Mike Browher has had 32 year experience in the residential construction business. After twenty years of building high end custom homes with a high-end builder here in the Lakes Region, Mike established Browher Construction in 1995.  In recent years, Browher Construction has increasingly utilized 'green construction' materials and technology - especially developing experience and proficiency with insulating concrete forms.  Construction services have also been broadened to include custom renovation and remodeling.

Mike is a working Owner/Operator with a hands-on involvement in every project to insure the quality standards he sets for a Browher built home.  Mike and his team only work on one or two projects at a time so he can communicate with the homeowners, providing a high level of personal service, and necessary attention to details.

Jeff worked with Mike for 13 years while at Mitchell Construction, and came with Mike as a charter member of Browher Construction. In addition to being an excellent carpenter, Jeff is the Browher Construction equipment steward. For keeping machinery and equipment organized and running properly - Jeff is 'the man'.

Jeff also plays a key role on the final stages of most construction projects. He's the one who takes care of 'wrapping up loose ends', handling final punch list items, and finalizing all the details needed to assure the new homeowner is also a 'satisfied customer. On those occasions when Mike can not be on site, Jeff steps in to handle 'foreman duty'.

Chris - aka FABIO - is a carpenter's helper and painter who's always there when you need him. Chris is one of the reasons we receive feedback from our customers about how courteous and friendly our guys are.

John and John II are the newest members of Browher Construction. They represent two generations of carpenters.

Joe is a part-timer, specializing in doing our finish work.

The Browher Construction team has been together more than 13 years. Unlike many absentee developers and 'project managers', we offer the reliability that can only come from a strong, stable organization. As our customers will attest, each Browher employee shares a common understanding and commitment to the quality standards that go in to a Browher built home.
