Mike Browher has over 42 years of experience in the residential construction business. After twenty years of building high end custom homes with a builder in the Lakes Region, Mike established Browher Construction in 1997. In recent years, Browher Construction has increased in their use of energy efficient construction materials and technology, including proficiency with insulated concrete forms and closed cell spray insulation applications.
Mike is a working Owner/Operator with a hands-on involvement in every project. This ensures that quality standards are met for every home built by Browher Construction. Mike and his team limit their number of projects in order to provide a high level of personal service and attention to details.
Mike as “the Builder” and his reputation is reflected in the members of his team and in their relationship which has stood the test of time.
Jeff worked with Mike in construction for 13 years, and eventually joined Mike as a charter member of Browher Construction. In addition to being a master craftsmen, and project manager, Jeff plays a key role from ground breaking, to final inspection. As the “in house heavy equipment operator”, site work, excavation and the foundations on most projects are done by Browher Construction. Details of the final home begin at the foundation and what lies below ground, structural properties, utilities, water management etc. Clients are assured, any issue that may arise from the beginning of the construction project, to move in day, have been monitored and addressed by the company from its “foundation” team members. PS... to call Jeff “meticulous” is an understatement. You see it in the little details. The Browher finish product speaks loudly of this.
Chris is a carpenter assistant and painter/finish professional with 17 years at Browher Construction. Chris is always there when you need him. Chris is one of the reasons positive feedback from customers is common and “courteous and friendly” are the descriptions you want to hear during the hustle and bustle of move in day. “Stickler” is an accurate description for Chris and his view of the finish product.
John is a carpenter/craftsmen who has been with Browher Construction for 10 years, and Browher quality is in his DNA. He is on the project from foundation to finish. His “Atlas” physical attributes provide shoulders to bear, not only the big beam lifts, but also the company commitment to quality first.
Kevin has been with Browher for over a year and has already experienced the start to finish system that is unique to the Company. With all hands on at all phases of the build process, experience becomes layered. This investment in people by Mike Browher himself has been a key ingredient in holding the standard of quality high.
The same is true with Sam, a recent addition to the Browher team, who Mike Browher calls out as the “future and next generation” of the New Hampshire building industry. Sam has recently come through a carpentry/construction trade school program after high school here in the Granite State.
The newest members of the Browher construction team are no strangers to quality craftsmanship.
